Storage Condition
Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Do not thaw before cooking.

Cooking Methods

  • Deep Fry: Fry at 180°C for 3 minutes 30 seconds until the core temperature reaches 75°C.
  • Shallow Fry: Cook on medium flame at 160-170°C for 4-5 minutes, flipping occasionally until crisp and golden.
  • Air Fry: Brush with oil and air fry at 200°C for 8-10 minutes until the core temperature reaches 75°C.
  • Bake: Preheat oven to 220°C. Bake for 6-8 minutes on a tray brushed with oil, flipping halfway through.
